Policy Overview

This policy applies to digital products and services purchased through the TabPlex website (for example, subscriptions or license purchases). Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Creem.

Subscription Cancellation

  • You can cancel renewal at any time.
  • After cancellation, your service remains available until the end of the current paid period.
  • No automatic charge will be made after expiration.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

You may request a refund in the following situations:

  1. Duplicate or incorrect charges.
  2. Core features are unavailable due to technical issues, and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
  3. Refund scenarios required by applicable law.

If you purchased a one-time license and the license has already been successfully activated and used normally, no-questions-asked refunds are generally not available (unless required by law).

Refund Request Window

  • Please submit your refund request within 14 days of the charge.
  • Requests submitted after this period may still be reviewed case by case.

How to Request a Refund

Please email contact@tabplex.com and include:

  • Purchase email address
  • Order ID or transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request
  • Relevant screenshots or error details (if applicable)

Processing Timeline

  • We usually complete an initial review and reply within 3 business days.
  • After approval, refunds to the original payment method typically arrive within 5–10 business days (depending on payment channel processing time).
