Welcome to TabPlex, a browser extension and website that helps you save, organize, and switch browser workspaces. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.
Use of the Service
TabPlex provides tools to create and manage tab workspaces and switch context quickly. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
No TabPlex Account
The current TabPlex release does not provide a TabPlex account or login system. If you enable browser sync for supported preferences, that sync is controlled by your browser vendor and browser account; it is not a TabPlex account or remote workspace service.
Content and Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided through TabPlex, including but not limited to the software, website, extension, and documentation, is protected under copyright law. The copyright owner of TabPlex is tabplex.com.
- You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying technology or intellectual property that makes up the TabPlex service, and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of tabplex.com and any third parties.
- While you retain ownership of your own content and configurations, the core TabPlex platform remains the property of tabplex.com.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using TabPlex:
- Unauthorized access to or distribution of our proprietary software or services
- Reselling or redistributing TabPlex without authorization
- Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
- Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Privacy and Local Data
The current website does not provide account creation, advertising, usage analytics, subscriptions, billing, or payment collection. The extension processes workspace data on your device to provide its visible workspace and recovery features. See the Privacy Policy for the exact data categories, storage boundaries, optional Native Messaging behavior, retention, deletion, and sharing terms.
Current Availability
The current TabPlex release is free to use and does not sell a paid plan or subscription through this website.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.
Disclaimer of Warranties
